Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
This programme is designed for practitioners working with individuals with acute or longer-term psychological health problems; and is also suited to practitioerns working in healthcare setings that attend to the psychosocial aspects of healthcare for patients; this programme aims to provide qualified healthcare professionals with excellent training and supervision in CBT theory and practice, and develop their understanding of the theoretical and empirical base of board evidence-based psychological therpay and their therapeutic skills.
Applicants are required to have a bachelor's degree from a UK university in a relevant subject (or equivalent overseas degree).
Modules include: Core concepts and skills in CBT; specific concepts and skills in CBT; integrated concepts and skills in CBT; the clinical practice portfolio.
