Sexual and Reproductive Health

The focus of this programme is on working in partnership with clients to promote excellent in sexual and reproductive healthcare; sexual health is a national priority in Scotland; this programme offers registered nurses and midwives the opportunity to study sexual and reproductve health theory and apply new knowledge and skills to clinical practice.

Entry requirements

Candidates must be registered nurses or midwivers on either 1 or 2 of the NMC professional register with two years' post registration experience.

Course modules

Modules include: Reproductive health; genito-urinary medicine; sexual and reproductive health practice.
