This programme examines current practices, issues and trends in the field of project management and provides students with specialist knowledge of the skills and techniques necessary for effective project management.

Entry requirements

A 1st degree, or equivalent, in an appropriate discipline; candidates without formal qualifications who possess extensive professional experience can be accepted to the postgraduate programme.

Modules include: Project management fundamentals; change management and leadership; strategic and risk management; project standards and technologies; case studies in project management; advances in project management; management systems; financial resources; research methods; research project.
