University of Wales Trinity Saint David (UWTSD)
The course is based within the school of archaeology, history and anthropology, but draws on the expertise of members of staff in different disciplines, history, English, archaeology, and Celtic studies, both for core modules and for the more discipline specific modules which form the various pathways.
The course is designed to allow access to the degree for students from non-traditional backgrounds as well as recent graduates.
All years: research methods; studying the medieval (records and manuscripts); themes in medieval studies.
Assessment is by written work of various types and length: essays, commentaries, book reviews and document reports, as appropriate.
