Global Media and Communication

This course will deepen your understanding of these complex dynamics and practices, preparing you for a career in this fast-changing industry. Students will explore the role of ideas, beliefs and values in media production and consumption. Students will also learn how media products and content enable us to communicate creatively and effectively across global markets and cultural borders. By engaging with theory and research, you'll consider how media can inform new kinds of professional practice and anticipate future developments.

Entry requirements

2.1 degree or above, or a qualification of equivalent standing; English language requirements: IELTS 7.0; TOEFL iBT 100; PTE 70; CAE 60 or CPE.
