Developing Leaders in Healthcare Education
This is a 5-day taught module and is available as a stand-alone PGA or as a module within the MSC medical education; this module aims to clarify the 'leadership' role within healthcare education and identify ways in which it can best be carried out within the constraints of complex environments; support the development of health education leaders by enabling individuals to identify their own leadership style and philosophy and develop their skills in educational leadership; share good practice.
Lower 2.2 Honours in a 1st degree of an approved university in a relevant discipline or disciplines; students with a 1st language that is not English are expected to obtain 1 of the following recognised English language qualifications, IELTS of at least 6.5 with 6.5 in both reading and writing or equivalent; TOEFL of at least 92 (internet-based iBT); PTE 62.
