This course will give you an understanding of pressures and solutions contributing to global and local food security agendas. The course draws together critical components such as climate change, the role of biodiversity, water, soil, land use, labour, nutrition transition and urbanisation to prepare you for career paths in academic research and a wide range of public and commercial enterprises, government agencies, policy development and consultancy.
