Clinical Psychology

The programme is a joint degree between the University of Warwick and Coventry University, the aim of which is to train clinical psychologists for work in the NHS and related settings, in accordance with the requirements of both the British Psychological Society's Committee on Training in Clinical Psychology and for registration as a clinical psychologist. This qualification leads to an accredited, professional doctorate in clinical psychology if you are working in the NHS. The course meets the requirements of the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) for registration as a clinical psychologist in the UK.

Entry requirements

Candidates must be eligible for Graduate Basis for Registration with British Psychological Society and must normally have at least Upper 2nd Class Honours degree; candidates must have relevant clinical experience and commitment to working within National Health Service; all applications must be made through National Clearing House for Postgraduate Courses in Clinical Psychology; applicants whose 1st language is not English require IELTS 7.0 or TOEFL iBT 100 PTE 70.
