2nd Class Honours degree or equivalent; plus 3 years� professional experience involving educational assessment; applicants whose 1st language is not English require IELTS 6.5, TOEFL (iBT) 92, PTE 62 or equivalent.
Compulsory foundation: Research methods in education; 2 options range from including: primary education; policy and practice in early childhood education; leadership and management in education; personal and social education and pastoral care; special educational needs; teaching and learning with information and communication technology; international perspectives of educational issues; school/college improvement and teacher development; other options from institute or other departments in faculty; plus 15,000-word dissertation.
ESRC Advanced Course studentship is available for 1 home or EU full-time student.
