The course is designed to equip participants with the essential knowledge and skills to lead organisational change and development; it is intended to develop and extend leadership capability and capacity within educational organisations.
2nd Class Honours degree but applications from those with professional experience relevant to graduate study in education leadership are also welcome; applicants whose 1st language is not English require IELTS 6.5, TOEFL iBT 92 or PTE 62.
Core modules: Leading educational change and improvement; researching educational leadership and management; plus options: policy, strategy and resources; mentoring and coaching; plus final project or dissertation.
