International Politics and East Asia

This course is one of the leading postgraduate programmes of its kind. You will be focusing on a region that has emerged as a consistent focal point for the study of international relations; the socio-political consequences of economic crises; and the impact of globalisation, among other contemporary global priorities.

Entry requirements

Relevant 2.1 Honours degree or equivalent required; English language requirements: IELTS 7.0; TOEFL (iBT) 100, PTE 70, CAE 60+ or CPE.

Course modules

Modules include: International political economy; international relations theory; East Asian development models; international relations of Pacific Asia; politics of international trade; international political economy; international relations theory.

Assessment methods

Assessment includes a dissertation.
