Political and Legal Theory

The programme brings together expertise from Law and Philosophy into a core module on Political and Legal Theory. This distinctive, interdisciplinary approach is supported through further close co-operation with the Centre for Ethics, Law and Public Affairs, which is based in our Department. The course provides an advanced introduction to the central normative conceptions and the debates they have generated, which you can explore in more detail through a wide range of optional modules.
