International Corporate Governance and Financial Regulation
This programme examines, especially from the standpoint of developing and transition countries, the interaction of law, institutions and markets in the development of fair and efficient systems of corporate law and financial regulation; it provides an understanding of the interaction between globalisation and general principles of corporate governance and financial regulation, offering in-depth coverage of the main topics in corporate governance and financial law and regulation.
2.1 (or higher) Honours degree in law or a related discipline; English language requirements: IELTS 7.0, TOEFL (iBT) 100, PTE 70, CAE 60+ or CPE.
