Legal Practice (LPC stage 2 only)

This course is part of the 1st stage of a solicitor�s professional training; it is an intensive, practical course designed to equip students with the law, procedure and legal skills needed in the 2nd stage of their training, in a training contract or in work-based learning.

Entry requirements

A qualifying law degree, usually 2.2 or above; or a Common Professional Examination or Graduate Diploma in Law pass, usually with an average of at least 50 per cent; applicants also require passes in all LPC stage 1 elements.

Course modules

Modules include: Advanced litigation/personal injury; commercial leases; employment law and practice; family law and practice; housing and residential landlord and tenant law; immigration law and practice.
