Criminology and Criminal Justice

This course covers contemporary issues within the criminal process such as homicide investigation, the threat of global organised crime and fraud investigation and research methodology. The course equips students with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in this competitive field.

Entry requirements

An undergraduate degree or equivalent professional qualification with appropriate content; applicants with extensive work experience are considered on a case by case basis; applicants whose 1st language is not English require either IELTS 6.5 or above including a minimum 5.5 for each of the 4 individual components, TOEFL internet-based test 90 or above, Pearson PTE Academic 58 or above, or an equivalent secure English language test.

Course modules

Modules include: Dissertation; research methodology. Optional modules: contemporary crime and criminal justice issues; organised crime; investigating financial crime; homicide investigation.
