Academic Practice

The course is based on scholarly reflection of their current teaching practice and gives students opportunities to engage in a dialogue with peers and tutors from a wide range of disciplines providing a good foundation for developing their teaching career. In addition, the course enables nurses and midwives to obtain the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) teacher status and to record this with the NMC.
