A 1st or 2nd Class Honours degree (2.1 and 2.2) in any discipline; or another relevant qualification at level 6; HR practitioners with at least 5 years' experience without those qualifications are assessed via interview and essay; applicants whose 1st language is not English require IELTS 6.5 or above, at a minimum of 5.5 for each of the 4 individual components, TOEFL internet-based test 90 or above, Pearson PTE Academic 58 or above, or an equivalent secure English language test.
Modules include: Human resource management in context; managing people; developing skills for management; people resourcing and talent management; employment law; management research report.
