Strategic Workforce Planning
Applicants require a Postgraduate Certificate in strategic workforce planning; applicants must have had responsibility for inputting to workforce plans and/or must contribute to the workforce planning process in a health or social care organisation; applicants must work in role that involves some strategic level planning and/or decision making; applicants require a 1st degree normally at 2.2 or above, an NVQ level 5 or a professional qualification; applicants whose 1st language is not English require IELTS 7.0 or above, at a minimum of 7.0 for each of the 4 individual components, TOEFL internet-based test 100 or above, Pearson PTE Academic 58 or above, or an equivalent secure English language test.
