This course is designed to develop the up-to date skills and qualifications needed to become a successful project manager, who is able to plan, lead and deliver effective project management across a wide range of business sectors. The course is suitable for business, computing engineering, or other graduates with an affinity in organising, running or participating in projects. In today's business environments, project management and its associated tasks of risk management, quality management and communication management, provide the skills that help us to plan, delegate, monitor and control the increasingly complex projects that allow the top organizations to remain competitive in the global market. Westminster Business School is an Accredited PRINCE2® training organisation so, in addition to the postgraduate qualification, students can obtain the much sought after PRINCE2® certification. The course involves both theoretical and practical content, offering graduates the chance to build on their 1st degree and/or work experience with a range of knowledge and skills. These will enable you to become a professional who is capable of managing the increasing number of projects instigated by organisations that seek to improve their value proposition. The modules provide the required body of knowledge and exposure to contemporary project management.
