Architecture (Professional Practice, RIBA part 3)

The course is the final part of an architectural student's professional training and the culmination of a minimum of seven years' education and professional development. The content of the course and each module builds on the professional experience and knowledge that you will have gained over this period.

Entry requirements

Applicants must have RIBA Parts 1 and 2 from a recognised school of architecture or have successfully passed the ARB assessment for RIBA Parts 1 and 2. If your first language is not English you will need an IELTS score of 6.5.

Course modules

Modules include: English law; regulations, contracts and procurement; architectural practice management; professional case study; professional development and experience.

Assessment methods

A diverse range of assessment criteria is employed and course-specific assessment policies have been designed within the framework and general assessment regulations of the university to which awards are subject.
