It is designed to support those applicants who wish to take a lead in the development of learning, teaching and assessment in their own context and to contribute to the wider field of research and developments in learning and teaching. It forms the first stage of our Professional Doctorate which recognises your individual professionalism at the highest academic level.

Entry requirements

Applicants will normally hold an honours degree or an international equivalent ; or a significant amount of relevant work experience and the ability to demonstrate that you are able to study effectively at Masters level.
