International Fashion Marketing

This course explores the societal values in design and visual expression, covering the employment and commercial opportunities in manufacturing and distributing fashion and how they can raise serious environmental sustainability, responsibility and ethical questions.

Entry requirements

Normally a 1st or 2nd Class Honours degree or professional experience in marketing.

Course modules

Modules include: the marketing innovator; consumer insight, analysis and creativity; international fashion industry skills; sociological perspectives of fashion; luxury fashion brand strategy; international fashion communications.

Assessment methods

There are no conventional examinations; all modules are assessed through coursework. There is a particular emphasis upon assessment methods which closely simulate the demands of the business environment (research projects, presentations and report writing).
