Human Resource Development and Organisational Change

This course aims to enable students to make contributions to the development of an organisation, particularly in the arena of organisational development, change and transition. Students will have the opportunity to initiate or improve their critical understanding of complex managerial, HR, HR development and organisational change issues. The course will develop the knowledge, skills and attributes appropriate to middle and senior management and advanced practitioners in the HR development field.

Course modules

Modules include: investigating a business issue from a HR perspective; HRM in context; leading, managing and developing people; organisational change and development; understanding and implementing coaching and mentoring; learning and talent development.
