Human Resource Development and Organisational Change

This award develops students' research skills for effective operation at a strategic level in an organisation, particularly in the areas of organisational development, change and transition.

Course modules

Modules include: investigating business issues from an HR perspective; HRM in context; leading, managing and developing people; organisational change and development; understanding and implementing coaching and mentoring; learning and talent development; dissertation project.

Dissertation.
