Construction Project Management
This course meets the growing need within the built environment sector for professionals with a thorough understanding of the management of the construction process from inception to completion. The focus on following the process through inception, feasibility and planning of projects differentiates this course from operational construction management.
Postgraduate Certificate - PgCert: A pass at degree level or relevant experience which will be determined through the process of application and interview. Students applying for individual modules are required to demonstrate the ability to absorb technical concepts and detail, possibly by way of their previous industrial or commercial experience. Minimum English competency is the standard Postgraduate entry: IELTS 6.0 or equivalent.
Modules include: Strategic programme and project management; operational construction project management, and advanced project planning and control.
