Building Information Modelling for Integrated Construction
The course develops students with high level knowledge and understanding of advanced computer-aided design (CAD) tools and techniques. Students develop a comprehension of how the tools operate and how these can be implemented within the business context of the architecture and construction sectors.
Building Information Modelling (BIM) theory and application; research methods and professional skills; urban modelling and analysis; BIM for integrated project delivery; implementing and managing BIM and computer-aided design systems. Optional modules: visualisation; dissertation.
