University of Wolverhampton
Health and Well-Being
This course is designed to allow students to 'top up' their existing Post-graduate Diploma qualification (or equivalent) in any health, welfare or social care related subject to a full master's qualification. Students complete their Master's level education in the concepts, theories and academic skills of relevance to their work arena or chosen career path. The course caters for both students who are currently working in the health, welfare or social care fields and for students who are not currently working in these fields but hope to enhance their post-graduate skills and knowledge in order to take up such employment. The course offers a flexible approach to the topic chosen for their independent study, fosters independence and responsibility in taking control of their own learning and professional development needs, and builds on their existing knowledge and experience.
