Mentoring in Early Childhood

This programme supports participants located within early childhood in applying their skills to aspects of quality enhancement in staff or in settings.

Entry requirements

Either a 1st or 2nd Class Honours degree or evidence of equivalent professional experience and achievement.

Course modules

Modules include: understanding mentoring in early childhood; mentoring skills and quality enhancement in early childhood; negotiated learning.

Assessment methods

All modules are supported through taught sessions and are assessed through a 3,000 word assignment.
