The course offers an opportunity to study alongside UK practitioners from a wide range of business and professional backgrounds, and deepens knowledge of research methods; students can investigate their chosen specialism through an independent research project, giving you enhanced knowledge in this area; students also gain skills in project management and problem solving, as well as planning, analysis, organisation and implementation techniques; the programme is designed for established human resource managers seeking to enhance their career prospects at a senior management level.
Completion of the chartered institute of personnel and development (CIPD) scheme gaining 120 M level credits and have experience of human resource management in either a commercial or public sector environment.
