Human Resource Management
The course will focus on 'real world' business perspective which you can apply in specific areas, with the chance to further investigate your chosen specialism through an independent research project. The course is practically aligned to enhance your work experience and employability. An optional 6 month internship built into the programme allows you to gain important experience whilst at the same time contextualising your study.
Modules include: business investigation & discovery; coaching and mentoring for business leaders; developing individual and organisational learning; engaging he diverse workforce; leadership and change management; strategic resourcing and talent management; strategy, sustainability & the global economy. Project Alternatives: management project (based upon 'client' brief); or dissertation.
Assessments will involve both written coursework assignments and examinations in the key areas of management. The Masters award will require students to complete a supervised 10,000 word Dissertation.
