Minimum entry criterion is the equivalent of an upper 2nd Class degree primarily in economics from a UK university. If you're a non-native English speaking applicant you must provide evidence of your English language ability. You need to show enough fluency in all aspects of English (reading, writing, speaking and listening) to the required level of the course you're applying to.
Modules include: advanced microeconomics; advanced macroeconomics or international macroeconomics; theory of finance; financial markets; econometrics 1 and 2 or econometric methods for research or econometrics 1 and applied microeconometrics. Plus 2 options from: applied microeconometrics; corporate finance; continuous time finance; development and finance; emerging market macroeconomics; experimental economics; financial engineering; financial market microstructure; financial risk management; fixed income securities; industrial economics; labour economics; portfolio selection and management; project; public finance; public sector economics (microeconomic applications); time series; topics in financial econometrics.
