Coaching and Mentoring

The programme is designed to meet the needs of adult learners who wish to develop their knowledge of coaching and mentoring, and to develop key practical abilities.

Entry requirements

Applicants should hold a 2nd Class Honours degree or equivalent. Students whose 1st language is not English require IELTS 7.0 (with a minimum 6.0 in writing) or equivalent. Applicants will normally be required to take part in a selection interview and provide 2 references.

Course modules

Modules include: coaching and mentoring skills and techniques; coaching and mentoring management and leadership; designing and operating coaching and mentoring schemes.

Assessment methods

Assessment methods include reflective logs of practice, assignments and practical project reports.
