Upper 2nd Class Honours degree or a postgraduate Master's degree, in a discipline that is relevant to the proposed research. Applicants whose 1st language is not English require either: completion of a degree at a University in a majority English speaking country, where the language of tuition has been English; the British Council IELTS band score 6.0 overall (with not less than 5.5 in any component score); an IBT TOEFL score of 87 overall (with no less than 21 in listening, 22 in reading, 23 in speaking and 21 in writing); a Pearson Test of English Academic (PTE) of 59 overall, with no less than 59 in any component). IELTS, TOEFL or PTE tests must have been completed within the last two years.
Modules offered include: Anglicanism and congregational studies; Buddhism and gender; feminist theology; Marian studies; ordinary theology; public theology; religion, community and identity; religion, peace and reconciliation; theologies of liberation; theology, ministry and church; women�s writing and theology; world Christianity.
